Due to the perishable nature of cakes, flowers, and plants, returns are only accepted in case of proven damage or quality issues at the time of delivery. Non-perishable items may qualify for replacement or refund if unused and in original packaging. Please report any concerns within 24 hours of delivery.

Your gifts are delivered fresh and ready to enjoy. Cakes should be consumed within 24 hours, flowers kept in water with regular care, and plants placed in suitable light and watered as recommended. Once delivered, the lifespan and freshness of products depend on how they are handled by the recipient.
