1. Order Cancellation

After cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.

- The product delivered is damaged or defective
- An incorrect item was delivered
- The product does not match the description on the website
All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be entertained.

Perishable items such as cakes, flowers, and plants cannot be returned due to their nature. However, if there is an issue with the quality, packaging, or delivery, please contact us immediately with photos of the product, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
For non-perishable gifts included in combos, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging. Please contact our support team for instructions before sending any item back.
4. Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Bank transfers or card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
In cases where a product replacement is preferred, we will arrange for a replacement delivery at no extra cost as soon as possible.
